About Saber Life Foundation
The Saber Life Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization who places accredited service dogs with individuals who have a qualified need.
Anyone is eligible to apply. We will contact you to schedule a consultation
Send in a Personal Referral and Medical Documentation
Fill out and sign the Agreement
Return the Agreement with $4500.00 deposit to initiate the process
Fundraising shall commence
Dog selection and Specialized Training
Handler Training
